What is a Coach and how can one help me?

A coach is a personal mentor that provides a safe environment for:

Personal Growth – A deeper sense of self

Clarity of thoughts – what is real and what jibber-jabber is and cluttered thinking.

Organizational skills – realize your potential one step at a time and plan a positive strategy to achieve it.

Realizing your true potential –by focusing on your dreams, as dreams do come true when you make them reachable.

Self awareness – gain a sense of feeling connected to the world around you. As this guides you toward an expansive way of thinking.

Take Action – move forward with the new insight and techniques that you have acquired through being coached.

Coach/Client process:

A.     Set in motion a plan of action by taking responsibility for your progress through awareness …desire … commitment and action.

B.     Maintain Motivation.

C.      Encourage self confidence.

D.     Conquer self defeating and sabotaging thoughts while maintaining a state of clear and concise thoughts.

E.     Implement tasks at hand.

F.     Encourage brain storming and assist with problem solving.

A coach will monitor:

            A.     Weekly progress.

B.      Reinforcement for success.

C.      Transform sabotaging thoughts and difficulties.

D.     Personalize a plan of action agreed upon at sessions.

E.     Clarity of thoughts … staying focused and getting back on tract.

Method of Coach

The model of coaching that Life Coach Janice uses is a co-active model where two parties are equally involved.   A Coaching relationship is when the focus is on the client and their needs, what they want to accomplish and the best way to achieve the set goals.
