Coach and how can one help me?
A coach
is a personal mentor that provides a safe environment for:

Personal Growth – A deeper sense of self
• Clarity of thoughts – what is real and what jibber-jabber is
and cluttered thinking.
• Organizational skills – realize your potential one step at a
time and plan a positive strategy to achieve it.
• Realizing your true potential
–by focusing on your dreams, as
dreams do come true when you make them reachable.
• Self awareness – gain a sense of feeling connected to the
world around you. As this guides you toward an expansive way of
thinking.
• Take Action – move forward with the new insight and techniques
that you have acquired through being coached.

Method of Coach
The model of coaching that Life Coach
Janice uses is a co-active model where two parties are equally involved.
A Coaching relationship is when the focus is on the client and their needs, what
they want to accomplish and the best way to achieve the set goals.
