  •   Desire - wanting to become the person that you perceive yourself to be.

  •   Awareness – becoming aware of old habits and changing them.  Realizing that you have a problem and are willing to make the necessary changes in your life to accomplish your goal.

  •   Commitment - saying that “I am worthy of a satisfying and fulfilling life and I am willing to do what ever it takes to  claim my health, self-esteem and wellness”. 

  •   Action- I am going to put in action a plan to make the changes necessary for a happy healthier life.

  •   Maintenance - happens when you have changed the behavior and lived for 6 months:  This is our last and final goal to weight loss.
